She has designed and scaled learning programs for U.S. federal agencies, state government engagements, and Fortune 500 clients. Her experience includes leading teams of up to 12, delivering virtual training to 2,000+ federal staff, scaling a program from 2 to 34 courses, and contributing to a $2B federal contract win through Deloitte Consulting LLP.
